Warranty Information — Gwinnett Appliance Liquidators

1. One-Year Warranty (via CPS)

We offer a free 1-year warranty through our trusted third-party partner, CPS (Consumer Priority Service) — the same warranty program offered by major retailers like Lowe's. Coverage includes both labor and parts.

• Extended warranty options of up to 4 years total are also available for purchase at a competitive price, also through CPS, covering labor and parts.

• Registration is required: Customers must register their warranty with CPS within the first 30 days of purchase or delivery to maintain coverage.

• After the initial 30-day store coverage period, a $99 service fee per claim applies for CPS-handled repairs.

• If a unit cannot be repaired, CPS will replace it. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, you will receive a refund based on the replacement value.

 For CPS Warranty First 31 Days — Direct Store Coverage

For the first 31 days, Gwinnett Appliance Liquidators covers your appliance directly, including labor and parts, for any internal functional defects.

Please note: A $50+ service fee will apply if an issue within the first 30 days is determined to have been caused by the customer or a third party.

2. 90-Day Store Warranty

We also offer a 90-day warranty directly through Gwinnett Appliance Liquidators on qualifying items, separate from the CPS program.

3. Manufacturer's Warranty

Some appliances may come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, which begins on the date you take possession of or receive delivery of your appliance.

⚠️ Important: Any claims under the manufacturer's warranty must be filed directly with the manufacturer. Gwinnett Appliance Liquidators is not responsible for handling or processing manufacturer warranty claims. Please refer to your product documentation for the manufacturer's contact information and claim procedures.
